GENERAL INFORMATION​

ACTIVITIES
ABC’s, 123’s, Reading, Colors & Shapes, Basic Writings, Arts and Craft, cooking, In & Outdoor play time (weather permitting), Prayers, Christian Music, Bible verses, 15-20mins TV time (as needed); PBS kids, mother goose club house, YouTube Christian Music, short trips around town (discovery Museum, Library, trails, parks) etc.

HOURS OF OPERATION AND SERVICES
Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm),
NB: There is a 15 minute grace period for rush hour traffic and emergencies after 5pm.  After the grace period, parents will be charged a late fee of $1.00/min, which will be added to the following week’s fees.

• Full Time (Mon – Fri). 4-days is considered as full time.
• Part Time: 3 days in a week.
• Short Term Services: We offer school break services such as spring break, summer break, emergency drop-off.

OUR SERVICES:

• We serve children 18months to 12years.
• we support parents exclusive breast-feeding.
• we do potty training.
• fully prepare kids for kindergarten
• we serve home cooked meals for breakfast and lunch.

DROP OFF & PICK UPS
It is our policy that only the individuals listed on the child’s information record or those with a written authorization from the parent will be allowed to sign-in or sign-out your child.

CHILDCARE ASSISTANCE
Allkidz is a family home childcare and preschool. Therefore, in the absence of the Care Provider, the following Assistants, Thomas Anokye- Gyambrah (the husband of the provider) will always be available to help either on the phone or in person.

PHOTOGRAPHS:
Photographs of the children’s participation at my home or fieldtrips may be taken from time to time. The photos are displayed for children to enjoy, used in various arts and craft projects, and send to parents periodically. Photos are also showed on our Facebook page and website for advertisements. If you wish for your child not to be included in pictures for any reason, please make that request in writing.

FILING YOUR TAXES
We keep track of every payment that you make for your daycare payments throughout the year. At the end of the year, we will give you a receipt along with special form for you to use when you file your taxes with the dollar amount of how much you paid for the year with my tax I.D. # so you can claim this on your taxes. Please do not add any dollar amount you may have paid another daycare provider onto my tax I.D. #. If you do, the IRS will most likely follow up with you if the dollar amounts do not match.
