INFORMATION ON FEES AND PAYMENTS

Please call for information on tuition. ( we accept check, Zelle, Venmo or cash)

• Allkidz Family Childcare reserves the right to change the childcare tuition. Parents will be notified as soon as there are any changes in the childcare rates.
• A non-refundable holding spot and registration fee is to be paid before childcare begins.
• Childcare Payment is due on the Friday before the week of care. 
• A $10 fee is added to the regular week's payment for each day that payment is late. If payment is late for 2weeks, late fee of $20.00 is added each day.
• There is a $30.00 fee for all bounced checks. Allkidz will ONLY accept cash payments in the event of a second bounced check.
• Childcare may be terminated if payment continues to be a problem.

CHILDCARE CLOSINGS AND PAYMENTS:
A. Allkidz will be closed for the following paid holidays:

• New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day(January)
• Martin Luther King Jn. Day (January)
• Good Friday and "Easter Monday"
• Memorial Day (May)
• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Labor Day (September)
• Thanksgiving Day and "Black Friday" (November)
• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December)
• 3 weeks of Provider's Vacation (intermittently)

B. Provider will take up to three weeks intermittent vacation each calendar year.  
Please Note: Parents have the option of paying an extra amount each week to cover up for the vacation days or can pay a day before my vacation.
Parents will be notified ahead of time so they can find childcare for any vacation week and holidays.

C. Others

• If daycare is closed due to a holiday, your weekly payment is still due in full for that week.
• If daycare is closed for 1-2 days in one week, your weekly payment is still due in full for that week (*If the child is in the daycare at least 4 days in a week, the full flat rate is always due in full*).
• If daycare is closed 3 days or more in a week, then your weekly rate will be prorated.
• Families are required to pay full weekly fees while on a family vacation, in order to hold their child’s space. If you are planning a vacation please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance.
• If daycare is closed all week for a personal vacation, payment is still due in full.
• If your child is out sick, your payment is due in full for that week as well.
• Parents who are on a yearly school calendar and want to go on summer break are allowed to break the contract if they want to.


• If daycare is closed for health and safety purposes, for example, (a communicable disease breakout) that we need to close for a deep cleaning full payment is due for that week. If under the authorization of the Virginia Health Department that we need to be closed for more than one week, fees would be paid in full (available to talk about payment).
